PIGMENT PRINTING

Pigment printing is the only totally ecological way of textile printing. It is necessary to first impregnate the fabric before printing to make this process successful and of a high enough quality. The impregnation can be made by an adequate before-treatment which will assure the colourfulness, sharpness and adhesion of inks. After printing with the pigment ink it is necessary to thermally polymerize these components. And, in some cases, it may be necessary to refine the fabric further in various ways.

The primary focus of our technology is to manage all processes (except the printing itself) which are needed for successful and quality production of printed fabric. And all this without a drop of water being consumed or polluted.

Any type of fabric can be printed with pigment ink (woven, knitted, natural or synthetic) and have unprecedented resistance against UV radiation. These are natural colourings, therefore they are totally harmless to health, even for children.

Our product together with any textile pigment printer create a complex which will allow you to start producing tailored printed fabric practically immediately without any previous experience. Aside from which you can be more competitive in offering after-treatments (refining) of fabric and satisfy even the most challenging customer demands.

PIGMENT PRINTING

Our solution brings total freedom to recipe preparation for fabric treatment. This revolutionary solution of ours has been prepared in close collaboration with the best chemical companies. In the area of digital pigmentation we offer the most versatile system, and the best quality, also.

The pictures demonstrate how the correct prior-preparation of fabric contributes to broadening the colour spectrum. Maximal printing sharpness, high abrasion resistance and smoothness to the touch, along with the optimal recipe, are a matter of course. And this also works even on technical textiles such as glass fibre and other composites, which we have also tested.

REACTIVE PRINTING

Fabric printing with reactive colours is currently the least ecological way of printing. Reactive colours request energy-demanding steaming for their fixation. They also require subsequent repetitive washing out of the colours which did not hold as these can be toxic to the skin. During the washing out process it consumes a huge amount of clean water. The process demands many steps, and also textile know-how and experience. Reactive colours chemically bond only with pure cotton, which is why by this method it is not possible to print on synthetic materials, neither on mixed fabrics.

Our product together with any reactive textile printer, washing machine and steamer will create a production complex which will significantly reduce your costs for the production process of drying and fabric treatment.

VARIOUS CHEMICAL AND THERMAL FABRIC TREATMENTS

Our technology is totally usable also beyond the printing sector. It will find its place in all phases of textile production where the reduction of costs is welcomed for chemical or thermal fabric treatments. Eventually with all the end sellers of fabrics who wish to offer their customers something extra in fabric refining such as: a soft touch, without the need to iron or easy ironing, water resistance, anti-viral or anti-bacterial effect, insect repulsion, etc.
